This is a division which is established for performing seamless support and services for all operators of IAe produced aircraft as well as similar aircraft to the product of IAe.

The scope of services is in broad spectrum for example providing Integrated Logistic Support as a package in a purchase of a new Aircraft, Maintenance-Repair-Overhaul until Leasing of Aircrafts.

This support is available as a standard package in a purchase of a brand new Aircraft or available separately as a follow on support. The scope of the services are consisting of initial spares provisioning, Customer Training, Technical Publication and a Warranty Administration. As follow on support, especially in Spare Support this services are available round the clock and not limited only for the Aircraft produced by IAe.

Customer Training are available for the flight-crew, maintenance team. For the flight training a Flight Simulator training is also available.

Technical Publication is including an update services for all Aircraft Manuals up to certain agreed period time.

Our Maintenance Center has been recognized by many of Civil and Military Operator in Asean countries and Middle East. The services available for the Airframe as well as for the components.

We are not only providing services at our Maintenance base in Bandung but, upon Customer Request we are able to provide our technician and tools to perform the maintenance at our customer preference base on maintenance contract base.

Aircraft Operational Lease

For a specific operational requirement and for a specific period of time, a Lease program is available for the Customer. This program are available either to domestic operation or overseas operation and also available for a "wet" or "dry" lease.
