PTDI Distributes 880 Food Packages Through Ramadan Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL)

Bandung (BRS) – To welcome Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) distributed hundreds of food packages to the surrounding community through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, titled "Ramadan Berbagi."

The event, held at the PTDI Dirgantara II (Dharma Wanita) Building in Bandung on Friday (March 13, 2026), was part of the company's efforts to help those in need and to commemorate Defend ID's 4th anniversary as a national defense industry holding company.

Through this program, PTDI distributed 880 food packages to orphans from the Habiburrahman Mosque Foundation, mosque caretakers in the Pajajaran area, and residents near the company's operational area.

Recipients came from several sub-districts surrounding PTDI, including Husein Sastranegara, Pajajaran, and Sukaraja, as well as some from within the company.

The food packages distributed contained basic necessities such as rice, sugar, wheat flour, and cooking oil to help meet the community's needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr.

The President Director of PTDI stated that this activity demonstrates the company's concern for the surrounding environment and is part of its social commitment. The assistance is expected to alleviate the needs of beneficiaries, including orphans, mosque caretakers, HIV/AIDS survivors, and internal company employees.

In addition to the Ramadan Sharing program, PTDI is also preparing several other social activities during Ramadan, including the 2026 Free Homecoming Program. Through these various CSR initiatives, PTDI hopes to continue providing tangible benefits to the community while strengthening the relationship between the company and its surrounding community.
