PTDI Presents Aerospace Products and Capabilities at TNI Fair 2026
Jakarta (20/09) – In commemoration of the 81st anniversary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) (PTDI), together with its subsidiary PT Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi (PT NTP) and a number of strategic partners, took part in TNI Fair 2026, held on September 19–20, 2026, at the National Monument (Monas) Square, Jakarta.
At this event, PTDI showcased a number of aerospace products and capabilities supporting the operational and defense needs of TNI, across the Indonesian Air Force, Navy, and Army. The products displayed at the indoor booth, Ministry of Defense Booth No. 11, included the CN235, NC212i, and N219 aircraft, as well as several helicopter products.
PTDI also presented an interactive N219 cockpit demonstrator, which became one of the main attractions for visitors. Through this demonstrator, visitors could explore the various functions inside the cockpit and try the experience of flying the N219 aircraft as if they were a pilot.
Meanwhile, in the outdoor area, PTDI displayed the Elang Hitam Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), as well as a number of rocket products, representing the Company's capabilities in developing aerospace products and defense support systems.
On the occasion of TNI Fair 2026, PTDI also reaffirmed its support for meeting current national needs, particularly in expanding connectivity and access to health services for communities across various regions of Indonesia, through the exploration of air ambulance variant development on the NC212i and N219 platforms. This development is open to collaboration with various parties, including the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), to encourage the utilization of aerospace technology that can more adaptively address public service needs.
This initiative aligns with Indonesia's needs as an archipelagic nation, where geographical conditions and limited transportation access in a number of regions can pose challenges in delivering health services quickly and equitably. In this context, the use of air transportation to support medical evacuation can become part of strengthening connectivity and access to health services, particularly for communities in island regions, remote areas, and regions with limited access via land routes. As such, PTDI's aircraft products are expected to be utilized and made as accessible as possible to meet community needs, while also supporting efforts to strengthen the public service ecosystem through the use of national aerospace technology and innovation.
On the first day (19/09) of TNI Fair 2026, PTDI President Director Gita Amperiawan and PTDI Director of Technology & Risk Management Ony Arifianto were present in person and received a number of visits from important guests from within TNI. The presence of PTDI's management is part of efforts to strengthen communication and cooperative relations with TNI as one of the main users of PTDI's products and services.
