PTDI Strengthens MSMEs Through Business Incubation and Digitalization

Bandung, BandungOke — PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) is promoting the empowerment of national MSMEs through a digital-based business incubation program.

This initiative is carried out in collaboration with fellow members of the Defend ID Holding — PT Len Industri (Persero), PT Dahana, and PT Pindad — in partnership with Jwalbli.
The first session took place at D’Pakar, Bandung, on November 12, involving ten MSMEs from various sectors under PTDI’s guidance.
Carrying the theme “Maximizing Webcommerce as a Tool to Build a Strong Brand and Go Digital,” the program represents PTDI’s tangible effort to expand its social contribution beyond the defense industry. Its focus is to strengthen MSMEs through digital transformation, enabling them to become more independent and competitive.
PTDI’s CSR Manager, Kerry Apriawan, emphasized the crucial role of MSMEs in supporting sustainable economic development.
“As part of Defend ID, PTDI is committed not only to strengthening the independence of the national defense industry but also to contributing to sustainable economic growth by enhancing MSME capacity. This initiative is a reflection of PTDI’s CSR values in the economic aspect,” said Kerry on Wednesday (November 12, 2025).

Strengthening Local Brands Through Webcommerce

Through this program, MSMEs receive guidance on how to manage online stores using an integrated digital system.
The Jwalbli platform offers strategic features such as brand management, POS cashier systems, inventory control, employee and financial management, and online promotional strategies.
The goal is to create independent brand owners with broader competitiveness.
The three-month training provides participants with practical skills in design, copywriting, digital marketing, and web commerce management.
With continuous mentoring, MSMEs are expected to expand their market reach from the national to the global level.
