PTDI Strengthens N219 and CN235 Special Mission Capabilities with Scytalys
Singapore (03/02) — PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Scytalys, a Greece-based company, as a strategic step to strengthen joint market penetration and mission system integration on the N219 and CN235 aircraft. The MoU was signed by PTDI’s Director of Commerce, Technology & Development, Moh Arif Faisal, and Scytalys Director, Dimitris Karantzavelos, and was witnessed by PTDI President Director Gita Amperiawan, as well as members of the Board of Commissioners, Bonar Halomoan Hutagaol and Yusron Ihza. The signing took place on the first day of Singapore Airshow 2026 at PTDI’s booth A-L31.
This agreement represents an expansion of the strategic partnership between PTDI and Scytalys in developing special mission aircraft solutions, including the integration of the Mission Integration and Management System (MIMS) and Command and Control (C2) systems on PTDI-produced aircraft to support maritime surveillance and patrol missions, targeting the Asia-Pacific market.
“ This collaboration will strengthen the operational capabilities of the N219 and CN235 aircraft, while also opening new market opportunities for PTDI’s flagship products through competitive special mission solutions that meet users’ operational requirements,” said Moh Arif Faisal.
