PTDI Profits Rise 345.97 Percent, Directors and Commissioners Change
DESKJABAR – PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI Bandung) recorded positive performance by achieving a net profit increase of 345.97 percent. This picture emerged at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2025 Fiscal Year of Holding DEFEND ID, at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
However, at the Defend ID GMS, changes were made to the composition of PTDI's board of directors and commissioners. Several new directors and commissioners were appointed and their positions confirmed.
PTDI's 2025 achievements, compared to the 2024 fiscal year realization, reflect its strategic role as the vanguard of the national aerospace industry in supporting national defense independence, strengthening the national aerospace ecosystem, and providing globally competitive aerospace technology solutions for both the military and non-military segments.

In addition to recording positive financial and operational achievements, PTDI also succeeded in posting a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement of 100.65 out of a target score of 100, which was driven by strengthening economic and social value indicators, business model innovation, technological leadership, increased investment, and the development of superior talent and human resources in the aerospace sector.
New composition of directors and commissioners
On this occasion, the GMS also approved changes to the composition of the Company's management as part of efforts to improve the organizational structure to support the direction of development and strengthening of the PTDI company in the future.
One of the changes made is the change in the nomenclature of the positions of the members of the Board of Directors, namely the position of Director of Commerce, Technology & Development to Director of Commerce & Development held by Moh. Arif Faisal, the position of Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR to Director of Finance & HR held by Dhias Widhiyati, as well as appointing Ony Arifianto as the new official of Director of Technology & Risk Management.
This step was taken to strengthen the Company's focus on business development, technology mastery, and risk management amidst the increasingly competitive dynamics of the aerospace industry.
