50th Anniversary National Symposium of PTDI
PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) President Director Gita Amperiawan (right), Deputy Minister of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) Febrian Alphyanto Ruddyard, Deputy Minister of Health Benjamin Paulus Octavianus, and Deputy Governor of West Java Erwan Setiawan inspect the N219 aircraft displayed at the National Symposium marking PTDI's 50th Anniversary, held at PTDI's N219 Final Assembly Line (FAL) Hangar, Bandung, West Java, Wednesday (26/8/2026). Marking its 50th anniversary, PTDI held a national symposium themed "Strengthening Air Connectivity for Equitable Development, Economic Growth, and the Independence of Indonesia's Aviation Industry." The same occasion also featured the inauguration of the N219 FAL Hangar and the symbolic handover of the First Cutting Part of the commercial N219, as part of PTDI's efforts to strengthen manufacturing readiness while supporting the development of the N219 as one of the solutions for national air connectivity, particularly in regions with challenging geographical characteristics.
