PTDI Soars, Net Profit Soars 345 Percent Amid Global Competition

Bandung – Amidst the competitive dynamics of the global aerospace industry, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) has proven its resilience by achieving phenomenal financial performance growth. At the recent General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of Holding Defend ID for the 2025 fiscal year held in Jakarta, PTDI reported a 345.97 percent increase in net profit compared to the previous year. This success is reflected not only in soaring profitability but also in the company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score, which reached 100.65 percent, exceeding the target set by shareholders. This achievement confirms PTDI's position as a key pillar in the national defense and aerospace industry ecosystem under the umbrella of Holding Defend ID. PTDI's Director of Commerce and Development, Moh. Arif Faisal, stated that this impressive performance leap was driven by strengthening internal capabilities in business, engineering, and production processes. He believes that investment optimization and business model innovation are key to winning market competition, both domestically and internationally. "Our performance throughout 2025 is the result of our commitment to improving product quality and on-time delivery. We are also focused on developing superior human resources to ensure our aerospace technology remains relevant and competitive on the global stage," said Arif Faisal in his official statement. In addition to presenting the financial report, this GMS also approved several important changes to the company's management structure (Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners) and the restructuring of position nomenclature to respond to future business dynamics and achieve greater agility and efficiency. The new structure of the PTDI Board of Directors now consists of: President Director: Gita Amperiawan Director of Commerce and Development: Moh. Arif Faisal (nomenclature change) Director of Finance and HR: Dhias Widhiyati (nomenclature change) Director of Production: Batara Silaban Director of Technology and Risk Management: Ony Arifianto (new appointment) Meanwhile, regarding the Board of Commissioners, Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Bagus Puruhito was officially appointed as Deputy President Commissioner, replacing Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Bonar H. Hutagaol. Entering 2026, PTDI is fully committed to maintaining this growth momentum. Management has prepared a number of tactical steps, ranging from strengthening cash management, supply chain efficiency, to accelerating the execution of strategic projects to ensure healthy and independent business sustainability.
